The buyout of the remaining 40% includes the value from the landfill.
This ceases in 4-5 years depending on how long they process it
Once the landfill is gone so is the profit. Landfill might be woth 20-25M but extra income would offset that.
My valuation would only take into account some discount factor on 40% of 25000TPA Australian operation.
