They simply cannot make the 2015 deadline if only 1 plant a year is made. By EPA law consequences things WILL happen more quickly than that.
The big cheeses from Alcoa are coming to see us because of the EPA and the fact that we can help them with that.
Acceleration will happen...so model on the fact that we will definately need some help as a result of that. It makes profit sharing joint ventures the most likely outcome given that out technology will be guarded and not licenced out.
