Assume 24,000 tonnes of alcoa contract left from the original 3 year agreement equals approx 1.5 million ebit at 40% profir earning ratio
160,000 land fill at 40% = 64,000 tonnes. or some 10 million ebit
total buyout cost equals 11.5 million approx
At $1.5 share price that is approx 7.67 million shares issued.
That is much better for all concerned.
