Although the cap raising will give us some pain, I think this will only be short term & in all fairness, if they had of offered it to shareholders, many would have just sold into the market for a quick gain & so by this method of raising the capital even with this discount, it will keep the shares back from the market & therefore we should see the SP rising steadily once JV is signed. IMO Day traders don't do good things to a stock so if you like this story just put it in the bottom draw & have a look at its growth in 6-12mths time as I think it will be substantial.
