    Hi Cabe,

    "DITTO".... I saw nothing in the announcement about the shares being "escrowed". They can sell anytime. MLC is in for a short term high ROR IMHO. Issued at 1.4c sell at 2.0c = 42.86% ROR.

    If you calculate the above ROR on a Annualized Rate of Return - Good business if you can get it.
