In an ideal world Israel could be required to hand back the West Bank to Palestinians and also remove the sea blocades in Gaza in return for an equivalent parcel of land from Egypt.
Egypt faces water insecurity due to dam building in nations such as Ethiopia and if this impending disaster could be resolved, it might suit Egypt to give some of its land to Israel allowing for the Palestinians to return to their rightful lands.
