Birth rate for Palestinians is around 3.5 per woman , hardly sustainable when they already have to import just about all their food now . Much of the problem goes back to around 1948 when the British et al decided to plonk the Jews in the Middle East , If instead they had been relocated to the Kimberleys I am betting alot of these issues would have been avoided
