Read the article on production cost again. EOX "lifting cost" is $16.29 (and that includes the exploration cost). Total cost was $74.98. I'd say that is quite comparable to SSN on Full cycle costs.

Regarding debt, I wouldn't pay too much attention to Yahoo - better off getting it from the source - company filings with SEC always best. Yahoo is MRQ and that sounds right - about $75M on BB and $145M on Convertible Notes. They raised close to $30M in Feb which is not in Yahoo numbers.

Also a couple of SeekingAlpha articles on EOX itself and the Q4 transcript which are worth reading if interested.
