    Property is in no way going to crash in Australia IMO.

    1. Australia's Banks are some of the most credible and safest in the world. Our top 4 rank in the top 11 in the world.

    2. Our economy is the envy of the world, yes even with the hype the media distorts our debt to GDP is still great.

    3. Australia attracts many overseas investors (which is why prices are driving up)

    What we will see however is a great divide between rich and poor.

    We will trend like the US who have 22 million on less that $11k pa
