"You need to be the first one out with an off patent blockbuster regularly" not many of those in the pipeline worldwide and i dont think sigma even knows where to get the pipe.

What happened to Sigma's Efexor equivalent?" when was that cant even remember if it was 1 or 2 years...and theres still no generic so you could say that they jumped the gun a little bit.

I think sigma could return to being a great business but there is a world of pain to get the corporate ethos right. too much focus on the big operators and not enough on the average pharmacy. ive heard that they're doing great business with the discounters but wonder at what terms? if anyone has heard please post.
