One issue from the results is on pg 23 of the presentation:
The Atrium Dubai, UAE 1,045 $2,363.9 3,283 - 56 $88.6 989 $2,275.3 60%
Still 989 of the 1045 lots to be sold. If the Dubai market is tanking, these are hard to sell and the project doesn't go ahead then what becomes of the $91 million, 40% sale? Amateur analysis so appreciate some comments!
