As I understand it ING Group is an "arms length" manager of the trust, not part of the trust itself.
Under your senario you would simply change one fund manager for another.
The fundamentals of the trust wouldn't change.
Its like a mom and dad invester changing the local real estate agent with another, to manage their rental property down the road. (just a lot more complex)
