Based on a PE ratio of 13.7% and a 3.67% unfranked dig yield or 5.22% grossed up yield for domestic investors who receive "franking credits".
Mind u all the property and casualty insurers have pretty low PE ratios indicating they have all been oversold, mainly IAG then QBE then SUN all with PEs that r way too late for this part of the GWP and claims cycle IMHO but pls DYOR.
