For example, I am a US citizen and every time I buy shares in animoca through my brokerage account, the transaction initially is made in Aussie dollars and then converted to the equal amount in US dollars and shares!

So if for example you have invested $10,000 dollars and hold 150,000 shares in your brokerage account and the Company relocated to another exchange n Hong Kong or Canada it would simply be an accounting and currency exchange process!

However, future purchases would probably be at a higher commission for foreign transactions. I currently pay $100 US dollars every time I bought shares in Animoca, versus a very small commission for buying shares on my local exchange!
