Indeed. If the government has already developed a plan then surely the vote is a rubber stamp exercise.
They would have already ticked the boxes for the legislation in the participating companies selection phase.
I also think that it is a great recognition of MXC at a serious player in the MM industry that they were selected along with just 4 other companies (out of probably hundreds who applied)
