Of course that is logical. It doesn't make sense to hold shares of a company you are negative about, so the only ones who will have a sell sentiment will be those that never held, or sold.
You could ask HC to remove the "sell " sentiment for all shares and change the guidelines to " No negative posts about any stocks are allowed".
I hold MGC through Horizons HMJR ETF, but because that is just above 2% of their holdings, I don't call myself a holder.

Better to discuss the company. Good and bad, each to his, or hers sentiment.
