IMO, SKI got in bed with AUZ to hedge against the risk of CO and NI skyrocketing like it was looking to do when the AUZ/SKI deal was first announced. Now that prices have come off the boil, SKI dont need AUZ as much as they intially thought and now they'll string AUZ along to have as a safety blanket should prices or supply be an issue. Why wouldn't they??? It's ZERO risk for SKI to have AUZ as their puppy dog.... all the while us share holders get screwed. SKI aint in the top 100 by chance.
We'll see what happens today, but i'd say there is next to zero chance SKI will take up this deal.
