They are being paid in part to keep the office open on a day to day basis so future and past claims can be submitted and received. All are unemployable in this industry elsewhere, reputations and integrity has long dissipated.

There is no R&D if the office is closed! Simple fact.

The part receiver and Mr Coates have been compliant to this tactic in the past. It will not end nicely for all of them, IMO.
