could DERM be looking for a way out, don't forget cxy are taking them on for $34m bucks and if the chain of events as explained by cxy are fact then DERM's processes appear flawed.third adjournment could mean DERM are uncertain where they stand especially in view of their haste to sweep up all evidence of cxy's existence in kingaroy.
