Jonman, you only need to look at Cougar's statement of claim to know that it is not running from anything. And it's hardly likely that Cougar's lawyers are merely accommodating DERM to give them more time to prepare their case against us. The adjournment is by mutual consent and however you cut that (imho of course) it just seems to look good for the cat.
