misled by the cmq announcement? I wonder why CMQ announced:
“ASIC and CMQ had mutually agreed to delay the ongoing COURT PROCESS by a NUMBER of MONTHS. As a result this matter is not presenting a distraction to the company”

Compare this to the consent judgment easily ascertainable and can be downloaded at http://esearch.fedcourt.gov.au/Esearch?showDoc=24670312 shows that the ongoing discovery process (very much a part of the litigation process) is very much alive and still proceeding. ONLY the scheduled 11 April directional hearing was postponed to commence in the week commencing 12 June, a mere 2 months (a NUMBER of months).

The announcement obviously misled many readers unfamiliar with the litigation process to think that ASIC had agreed to suspend the prosecution for an indefinite time as evidenced by some dumb spruikers' postings on the various share forums. Anyone who was misled by the announcement and bought CMQ shares should refer the announcement to ASIC.
