I would call it a long term and a short term bottom, i think the panic selling is almost done, many traders are currently on the sideline watching with interest. As the market has no clear direction at this stage, i find TLS as one of the safest short term trading stocks at the moment as the upside potential is a way bigger than the downside especially that the current SP has already factored in all the expected bad news. I expect TLS to be $3+ by the end of this week, what it takes is one day of strong buying and the herd instinct will do its magic and the sheeps will follow
