I agree if this well could genuinely produce 5 mmcf/day on a sustained basis, then Marions fortunes would change substantially.

However there is no proof that this well has ever flowed at these rates in fact there is considerable evidence contrary to their announcment.

Additionally Marion has yet to lodge any workover plans with the Utah Government, and the Water Disposal Well has also not received full approval.

Producing 5 mmcf/day would also be quite out of character for wells in the area.
