My guess would be 4000 (although the exact numer is probably documented somewhere on their website}. One of the ones who did bother was me, and I voted against. That's why directors get away with it, because people just go with the flow, or no-one cares, or they think the directors are looking after them, or... I don't know.
If we make money out of TSV you can be certain the directors will make much more.
