Agree with all you said, very frustrating however.
For a while I was fairly ambivalent towards the Greens while Bob Brown was in charge and then they started taking non pragmatic views about death duties, mining tax, carbon tax, Tarkine etc etc. So totally negative towards them now.
Would appreciate it if one of you legal guys could give an indication on the appeal process from here in.
Appeal last November, but we had to wait until ~ May until we got an outcome. Is that likely to happen again?
And then another appeal! Assuming the Greens lose this 2nd appeal are they able to appeal again? And when will they have to actually pay any costs?
Appreciate any info - hope I am not asking how long is a piece of string.
Oh, read an interesting article on iron ore in the AFR on the weekend, essentially suggesting Sep/Oct will see worse prices but then it is likely to move back up towards $100 by Xmas.
