    It's not the amount of shares it's the market cap. I have shares in AUC it has 1.1 billion shares but a market cap of $21 million. With 1.2 million ounces of gold in the ground known. That works at around $14 per ounce to the market cap. It will be either a TO or a mine. DYOR.
