Risk and Reward. RVR is a spec. stock but it's the best spec. stock I own. (It's mining it has income) so it's a risk but the reward can be fantastic. SGP (Westfield shopping centres) share price for 5 years was $4, the Chinese virus and the lockdown made it crash. It's currently trading at $2.29 and it's forecast to give a $0.20 dividend. So the upside only $1.70 in capital gains + dividends. I do own, if you don't I recommend owning little risk little reward. RVR great risk great reward . DYOR.
