Good morning, the amount of shares does matter but why? I gave a reason why it's the market cap .FMG has 3B shares MC of 45.60B . " The Market" values rvr at $0.073 MC of 36.5M (undervalued in my opinion) but if it had 1 billion shares it's share price would be $0.0365 with a MC of 36.5M . I now own RVR shares do I want them to do a CP and issue more shares NO because that would devalue my shares that I already own. Have a nice weekend.
