Perhaps long term holders look at long term - doesn't long term mean 5 years plus?? If that's the case the past six months or so is just a blip in a rather challenging macro environment.

You're right though - holders of course are not overjoyed with the low share prices - but not overly concerned if long term views are held. Long termers wait patiently for the imminent turnaround (even if that falls within the definition of long term).

With regard to management what do you propose?? As an interim suggestion - you can air your concerns directly with the company.

As you're an indicated non holder, you shouldn't worry too much - you should leave that to long termers. All the best.
