Exploration companies have to raise money to progress, that how it is and if they can get good results out prior then the number of new shares can be limited. There will be a number of CR's along the road IMO before they reach a point where alternative fund raising is possible. However I think they are trying to capitalize at least one of their Australian assets although I dont know the timeframe. I am sure zhc003 would know more about that.
