The video is referring to a separation plant, something ARU are aiming to do in the middle of no where in NT. Or ILU with their Enneaba plant in WA.

Thankfully the project isn't land locked, so there are multiple possibilities to beneficiate a concentrate with say the tailings or Gronnedal eventually.

No need to dig a tunnel to the Ivigtut Pit
Existing Power Station
Existing dam for Hydro power
Existing Port
Existing accommodation

Ideally a feedstock for existing separation plants, to avg up blended ore.

I am guessing the tailings will fund the mine refurbishment, but will need off take agreements in order to secure any needed initial finance.
