I believe so
It certainly dropped quickly from $1.40 and personally I would think the leak more likely came via inside knowledge from fda rather than the company..as msb likely not notified until day of trading halt....thats what us mere plebs are up against.
Good luck all holders..all is not lost and we can look at it as another opportunity.
