The arrogance and inexperience of this board/management team is...

The arrogance and inexperience of this board/management team is the problem - they are trying to lead us to believe that the previous 18 months of hard data regarding tailings grade and recoveries should be forgotten and replaced with totally contradictory hear-say. 

I wonder if they still really believe that there is high grade gold in the tailings, or that recoveries are the key issue at Cascavel? All reports and data provided from Dec 16 to Dec 17 say recoveries are +70% and tailings grade less than 1%...... So, someone is telling porky-pies. Some independent data from reputable sources would settle it...oh, hold on, there is reputable third party data - and it already says, low grade gold in tailings, recovery not the problem and leaching the gold will give slight increase in recovery. So what has this board actually been doing all year?
