    A short piece in the Adelaide Advertiser talked about the move to hire more staff (to beef up and gain in-house capabilities rather than outsource development) was good news to me. Given the stage of product development at LBT it shows a much more confident long term view but I suspect it will raise the pressure on cash a little before the expected sales ramp. GLTA
