Hi Brendoh. Here we are, indeed. It begins and ends with Sales, mate.

I'm surprised by the lack of comment on the PAC Partners report and DCF of $0.59 per share.
The DCF of $0.59 is a low pitch in my view:

1. PAC have HALVED the early sales estimates provided by Barnes (page

10), and​

2. PAC have stated a LOWER DISCOUNT RATE can be applied once distribution partnerships are formalised (page 4).

Does that mean if we achieve BB's sales forecast of 10 units the DCF becomes $1.18?
And does a formal Distribution Agreement mean a tweaking of the Cap Rate; say 20%? Then the DCF becomes $1.42.
