I have a serious question to ask , and I'm not interested in getting biased opinions of how great MW is.
Is it possible that he as the largest shareholder can some how look after himself and not the rest of us / our interests in mind ? Or because he has such a substantial holding that the only deals he can negotiate for his benefit also affect us ?
But is there anyway he can benefit himself and screw the other share holders ? Or if he screws us he will ultimately suffer.
Just curious as I haven't really invested in shells / too familiar with how acq"s play out , of course I know there are good and bad ones for a multitude of reasons(dilution/ management looking after themselves )
Anyone willing to chime in is much appreciated.
