I don't think he can as a shareholder. If he benefits, we benefit. However directors can always look after themselves with bonuses etc.
There are always haters who will blame him if things don't go their way in their time frame. If I remember correctly, there was a post about a month ago about how he had let shareholders down which garnered a few thumbs up. So I'm sure there will be some posts some time about how he has looked after himself but that's just unfortunately the nature of some traders and not necessarily a reflection on him as a substantial shareholder.
