Hi everyone
It came to my attention the amazing distribution ACR is looking to payout, now I'm a trend trader but I thought I wanted a piece of that!
Now I know chances are it's already priced in and the price will tank after the dividend is paid out however I wanted to see if there was further potential value in the company so i did a bit of due diligence which I've posted here:

I haven't really done too much due diligence on a buy and hold stock before, is there anything I've missed or anything you guys could add? Any more information would be much much much appreciated.
