Maybe I am being too positive here but my points are:
- last cap raise a short term nightmare, one they would not want to repeat.
- LC has stated on webinars as recently as a month ago no need for a CR
- the timing of the announcement of the HERVaxx trials (end July/Aug) seems too coincidental
- LC has stated that HerVaxx would be sold for "way above" the $2B of a recent market deal
- I have seen a number of CR Trading Halts only for the announcement to be an equity partner (such as 3DP which surged from 5c to 50c) or for an asset sale being in this instance HerVaxx,
