I suggest that nothing significant has changed with IMU's plans. I feel this CR (in whatever form eventuates) is a suggestion from our recently appointed Chief Business Officer, Dr Monil Shah.
I also believe that this is a necessary CR as we are getting very close to trial announcements and the company does not want to cause any dampening of future share price momentum as well as unfavourable accusations of trial data being used unlawfully.
This CR puts IMU in a fantastic position financially and strategically with so many drug pipelines and the company expanding which also requires funding. This will be great.
