    The Igas share price has collapsed in the last couple of months while the bull market goes on around it.

    With the UK tenements JV'd to majors and cash in the bank DTE is better off alone until a CASH offer comes along that fully values the high potential of the UK shale prospects.

    Only 25% no vote required to reject this inadequate offer.
