I dont think there is any doubt that PEK is unloved at the moment. PEK needs a bit of loving but then again dont we all...
One small time investor that you may have heard of, Warren Buffett, has very sucessfully used the principle of finding businesses that are unloved but have solid growth potential and investing in them.
PEK imo fits this principle from an exploration company perspective. The fundamentals are strong and only geting stronger with each set of drilling results. Demand for REE's is set to continue in this high tech world moving towards cleaner energy but we are not geting the loving from the market that we deserve.
By my reasoning or should I say Mr Buffett's reasoning, now is the time to accumulate a stock like PEK and wait for some loving...
