I strongly doubt WB would be investing in PEK (or in anything remotely similar), but applying the broad brush I can vaguely see what you're trying to say..PEK needs certainty around their expected imminent capital raising more than they need 'some loving' imho, and the sooner that occurs the sooner we can move forward re SP reflecting potential future value..
