From my charting knowledge, where we are flat on little no volume, this is likely to set up a good base for an explosive break (William O’neill school of thought). I personally think the stars are aligning globally and PEK chart wise for a rally.
Berlusconi and Papandreou are gone, markets regaining confidence, pressure cooker from prolonged negativity, interest rates dropping in Aus. How much more impetus does the market need to get back into shares?
