I'm not a holder of this stock but my elderly mother is who bought in when listed as Top End Uranium (TEU). I am seeking information to understand her current position as a shareholder if anyone could respond / contribute.

1 Would her shares from TEU have flowed through to Mallee Resources? If so, would it be in the same numbers? Would XXXX TEU shares be now XXXX MYR shares?

2 What is the significance of the 70c share price as compared to 7c just recently? Is it to signify the halt in trading or has there been a change to share issues with a reflected change to price? Similar to BOE who recently adjusted share numbers.

3 Any idea how long the share halt will last and any options on selling shares outside the ASX share platform? I'm not too sure about the procedural requirements to conduct an OMT so any help on this regard would also be appreciated.
