This is a proforma process instituted by the ASX.
I understand that if you have no experience in the inner workings of the ASX it may appear that MYL is of its own initiative applying but it is not.
As others have also mentioned in this thread, the same applies to the 'going concern, and viable projects concern' ofa all listed companies, not just MYL.
