Great announcement
I bought this for the "potential" lithium play with ZRG 0705. Casually dropped in on page 13 they note that they found nothing in area and wont be progressing forward.
Makes sense that they delayed announcing that until this acquisition was announced so they didn't play havoc with the stock price. Very well handled/managed in my opinion.
Also interesting to note that they've changed the terms on Klaus's contract. Under the old terms, he'd get 12m in newly issued shares for Taruga moving foward on a project. It's now got to go through shareholder approval.... Strange that Klaus and Co have agreed to that/they have changed to terms of the arrangement post this deal.
Either way (I think) it is good for shareholders. Feel free to correct me though
