    Dr / Winky - I am also watching CSR closely. I am stuggling with the low share price - but it is what it is - and for me, keen to buy back in, but it is still in a slow downtrend. Sure does appear to be stabalising ... but would like to see 1) clear break of the downtrend & 2) interest rates go down & more $$$ back in building. cheers Hutch.
