Charts try to explain the behaviour of the herd and because they have a large following, become somewhat self fulfilling. I say somewhat, because all they are is another indicator....
I was just pointing out that as it is in downtrend, a lot of people will keep away, so that when it breaks the trend, it may come in for even more support to boost the recent run more.
