Going to take a guess, but Friday trading results feels like accumulation is occuring after Thursday's large volume off market.
The SP might dip down on tomorrow's close due to potential day/short traders selling from Thursday/Fridays trades but I also foresee accumulation will continue potentially pushing the SP up.
Looking at the earnings and Return on Equity over that last 10 years, it looks ripe for a takeover.
